Captured former FDLR Spokesman Lt. Col. Michel Habimana, and his colleagues should not fear facing the Gacaca courts. Crimes against humanity always haunt those on the run and one day they will have to face justice.

It is therefore better to come and face the courts and accept whatever punishment is meted out.
