Allow me express my gratitude to Uganda’s ambassador, Richard Kabonero for hosting guests at the celebrations to mark 45 years of Uganda’s independence.

We as guests enjoyed to our fullest and with this, I believe the good relations between Rwanda and Uganda will continue to flourish. We had a good time with Ugandans and shared the best visions.

I believe this will live to be recorded. We love Uganda and we are ready to work hand in hand with them since we have already joined the East African Community.

Bravo Ugandans, I really loved the dance and culture. Ugandans in Rwanda will live to remember the friendship we have had with them.
