Who cares about overloaded buses?

Dear editor, I would like to express my discontent over the operations of Onatracom town service buses.

I have taken month’s observing Onatracom buses overload to the extent that many people travel while standing.

Overloading by taxis is criminal and chargeable at a fine of Frw50, 000. But it seems these buses are exempted as far as the law of overloading is concerned.

Is it because passengers are many or it’s because bus operators need a lot of money? I don’t think there is a passenger who does not want to travel while seated and comfortable.

If the law does not apply to buses, please operators do us a favour and load the appropriate number. We need oxygen and also we need to remain clean (smart) throughout the day.
