I would like to advice my fellow citizens to use the rains we are having today, to plant crops. It is surprising to see some people not doing enough on their gardens, and yet they will be complaining of hunger in the near future.

It is also nonsensical to keep on arguing about climate changes, when we cannot do much about it. If scientists have shown failure in telling the irregularities in climate change, a nonprofessional in Kigali will do little or nothing.
