Recently I visited a certain Polyclinic located towards the Kigali Central hospital with my very ill six months old daughter.

I was referred to this clinic by a close friend. Surprisingly, I spent over seven hours waiting to be called by the receptionist.

It seems like this clinic only attends to certain specific people. Why in the world would they mistreat the sick?

I was so disappointed because anything could have happened to my baby, if I had not sought quick medical attention elsewhere.
