Gasogi United have released seven players as club plans major reshuffle ahead of the June-July transfer window after a disappointing 2023/24 season.
The released players were deemed redundant and the club is looking to get new replacements during the upcoming transfer window.
Despite reaching the semifinals of the Peace Cup, Gasogi United were on the brink of relegation before surviving the drop zone at the last game of the season.
The released players include Henok Yao from Côte d'Ivoire, Herve Guy Ngono from Cameroon and Burundian Eric Mbirizi and Idrissa Niyitegeka.
Others include team's longest serving player Prosper Rugangazi and defender Robert Mugabe and goalkeeper Serge Ntagisano.
