I am extremely impressed by the Umutara Polytechnic because of the services it is rendering to the people in its environs.

I read an interestingly article by Namara Frank, stating that the institute donated books to schools. This act of charity will encourage students to read and appreciate the value of education. Bravo! 

I heartily toast the administrators, lecturers, students and the community . I urge other institutions of higher learning in the country to borrow a leaf from this.
