All roads will Friday, May 17, lead to Ecole Belge de Kigali, Gisozi, which will be home to the FRVB volleyball league playoffs.
The three-day volleyball playoffs fiesta opens on Friday and will run through Sunday. It will bring together teams that finished in the top four of the men and women’s league regular season which concluded a fortnight ago.

The playoffs semi-finals will be played in a best-of-three series which will decided the teams that will go through to the finals.
In men's category, Rwanda Energy Group (REG) finished at the top of the table of regular season with 44 points. They are tied on 44 points with second placed Police but the former are ahead with 15 wins, against Police’s 14 wins.
Kepler and APR followed follow in third and fourth places with 43 points and 40 points respectively.

During the playoffs, REG will face bitter rivals APR in a crunch series while Kepler will be up against Police.
Meanwhile, in women category, APR women finished top of the regular season after losing just once in the regular season against Police.

The army side will now face Ruhango women before Police take on Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
