Rwanda international Samuel Gueulette has committed his future with newly promoted Challenger Pro League club Raal La Louviere after penning a two-year contract extension.
Gueulette’s initial deal with Raal was expected to expire on June 30 but before the club on Wednesday, May 15, tied him to a new deal that will see him stay until June 2026 after an impressive season with the club.
The talented midfield enforcer had a superb 2023/24 season with Raal as they won the 1st National League. They lost only three in 34 games.
Gueulette played 29 games for the club and was very key to their fortunes as they amassed 83 points way ahead their closest rivals Lokeren who finished second with 70 points.
"It is obvious that I have to continue with this great club and I am happy with my progress and the new contract," Gueulette told Times Sport.
