Visitors to this yearu2019s Rwanda International Trade Fair at Gikondo Expo Grounds are now required to pay through a mobile-enabled ticketing system, MTN m-Ticket. However, there were hitches with the technology yesterday as some expo-goers complained that machines could not read messages sent to their phones, creating delays at the entrance.
