Kagame receives Sierra Leonean president

President Kagame yesterday held talks with his Sierra Leonean counterpart Julius Maada Bio, who was on a three-day official visit to Rwanda. The two countries signed three cooperation agreements, namely; a general cooperation agreement, a memorandum of understanding on political consultations, and an agreement on exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and official passports. This followed a bilateral air service agreement signed between the sides last year. President Bio, who was among the Heads of State that attendedu00a0Rwandau2019s 25th Liberation Anniversary celebrations in Kigali on Thursday, was due to concludeu00a0his visit with a tour of Kigali Special Economic Zone.
