Relegation threatened La Jeunesse face a tricky test when they take on Kibuye in the national football league this afternoon at Amahoro stadium.

Jeunesse sit bottom of the league table with seven points in 12 fixtures played this season while their opponents are placed seventh with 16 points.

A loss for Jeunesse will increase their chances of returning back to the second division league next season. The Nyamirambo based club has lost seven times this season and won only once.

The battle for the league title will take another turn as Rayon Sport must earn three points against Mukura tomorrow if they are to keep their title hopes on track.

The Blues defeated Police 2-1 in the last match played over the weekend while Mukura saw off Electrogaz after a 2-0 dramatic trashing.

Rayon have been boosted with the return to form of Jimmy Gatete and U-20 central defender Aimable Rucogoza from national duty.

Rayon Sport is third on the table standings with 23 points while Mukura is in sixth position with 16 points. Elsewhere, Electrogaz travels to Nyamagabe to face Amagaju while Police hosts Marines at Ferwafa grounds.
