Francis Haringingo has said that Espoir will be a ‘hard nut to crack’ when his Mukura Victory Sports side travel to Kamarampaka Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

"It’s going to be a tough call [against Espoir] given their home record this season.”

The Burundian tactician also laments that the Rusizi side’s home record is often helped by the poor nature of their stadium.

While Mukura look to close gap to second-placed Rayon Sports, who beat APR 1-0 on Saturday, Espoir will also be in search of their 10th league victory to keep pressure on fifth-placed Police. The latter host Etincelles at Kigali Stadium.

Speaking to Sunday Sport on Saturday, Espoir interim coach Saidi Abedi Makasi admitted that he expected the encounter between the two sides to be a fiery one and warned that "We are going to fight with all we got for victory.”

Mukura are in third position with 45 points, a whopping 13 points ahead of sixth-placed Espoir. APR top the table with 54 points, Rayon sit second with 51, while SC Kiyovu complete top four with 38 points.
