I would like to express the dissatisfaction that many of us have about the administration of Kigali Institute of Education (KIE).

As a result of the institute’s unreasonable academic decision many of us (the leaving students) have still failed to get the necessary provisional transcripts so that we can go and search for jobs.

In fact the so called new KIE academic regulations stress that the available documents are fake and that former students should wait for the graduation ceremony which will come after a long time.

We appeal to Education Minister to intervene because we believe that students should at least be given provisional transcripts on time.
