Please allow me to address my safety concerns on Motorists and Cyclists that use the newly constructed Kigali-Bugesera highway.

They pose a great threat to both themselves and motor vehicle drivers that use this highway simply because they do not have reflectors on their motorcycles.

The traffic police should ensure that all Motorists and cyclists have reflectors on their motorcycles and bicycles for purposes of being visible at night.  After all, it is their own lives they are saving.

 Let us try to stay safe and enjoy many more new years to come.
