GENTIL Kangaho was a class act over the weekend as he emerged winner of the third Heineken Golf Corporate Night tournament.
Kangaho returned 23 Net to edge his closest rivals on the 9-hole category. Tiva Kananura, who won the competition’s second edition last month, returned 22 to finish as first runner-up, while Joseph Semwanga completed top three with his 21 Net score.
The longest drive award in men’s category went to Kigali Golf Club vice president, Andrew Kulayige, whilst lady golfer Jenny Linda claimed the award in women’s section.
Paul Ntanganda’s star shined bright in the nearest the pin to take the award in men’s category, while Linda also collected the award in women’s fray, making it her second triumph on the night.
Over 45 golfers took part in the competition, which saw the piga migi player of the day prize going to Adam Nsubuga.
The golf corporate night takes place every last Friday of the month at Kigali Golf Club, and its fourth edition is scheduled for April 26.
