Despite the fact that Electrogaz is a monopolistic firm, the managers still have Rwanda at heart. Recently, there was fear that the Gisenyi water scarcity would lead to an out break of cholera, a deadly water disease.

In just a short period of time, Electrogaz has managed to rectify this water scarcity problem. For this matter therefore, I would like to thank the management of the public utility for their effective services.
