Defending champions Atraco plays way to relegation bound La Jeunesse at Mumena stadium while Rayon Sport entertains Police at Nyamirambo stadium.
Nine-time league winners APR face an away task against Amagaju in Nyamagabe, Southern Province.
Atraco and APR are tied at the summit with 24 points each while Rayon Sport is third with 20 points.
The second leg of the league which starts this Saturday is expected to come to a climax on June 28 according to the local football body, Ferwafa.
Eight stadiums including Amahoro, Nyamirambo, Mumena, Kicukiro, Umuganda, Gatwaro, Huye and Nyamagabe will host the second leg matches.
