I would like to express my disappointment about the challenges I meet as I try to call MTN with a Rwandatel line or vice-versa.

It is unfortunate that whenever I call, the tone goes "lines are busy” simply because the networks are not granting enough access to each other.

This is bad, infact; it could actually get worse if at all another player joins the sector.

Our nation is working towards development and my request is that Rwanda Utility Regulation Agency(RURA) as a regulator finds a suitable solution to deal with this problem.

Just as the English adage goes "when two elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers,” well then, we are tired of suffering and something should be done urgently.
