In yesterday’s issue I happened to read a story about water scarcity in Gisenyi which could also fuel an out break of cholera—a deadly disease.

In this regard I would like to request Electrogaz to attend to this need as soon as possible. Prevention is better than cure so I request them to save our citizens from this scarcity or else the nation is yet to spend millions on treating cholera cases.
