ITM Africa Rwanda, a Pan-African firm in HR consultancy, has announced Iris Irumva as the new country manager taking over from Lys Mwiza.
The firm, which was founded by a Congolese investor Sylva Monga, has since grown to have a presence in seven countries including Germany.
Irumva has experience in the human resource sector from working across the East Africa region. She holds a Masters’ Degree from Oklahoma Christian University.
Irumva replaces Mwiza who will henceforth serve the company at group level.
Irumva is expected to lead the firm as they seek to tap into the growing Human Resource Consultancy Market driven by increased professionalism among private sector firms as well as growth of firms across the economy.
