Sonia Uwimbabazi, 24, is a young talented Rwandan actress and model. She is the star in the famous film "Isugi”, normally featured on TV5 channel.

Uwimbabazi is the description of Hillywood’s (Rwanda’s movie industry) Julia Roberts. One would rightly say that she is a beauty with talent and ambition.

Below are excerpts of the light-skinned, hilarious star’s description of what constitutes her "perfect weekend”:

When without a busy schedule, I start my weekend on Friday evenings. I dash home, have a quick shower and get myself ready for the weekend. However, I must confess that I’m obsessed with makeup, and without it, I’m likely not to go anywhere!

I have to take some apple time in front of the mirror…working on my looks. On a perfect weekend, I would also love to wear a micro-mini skirt with a well fitting top, or preferably designer leggings, matched with high-heeled shoes.

After all that, I will hook-up with my friends wherever we may decide to meet. I will also be honest about this little fact that if I don’t get a chance to eat ice-cream, then the weekend wouldn’t be perfect.

It’s like a traditional. Every Friday evening, my girlfriends and I have to go to either the Trade Union Centre or MTN centre for Ice-cream.

After, we hunt for happening night joints, or sometimes (depending on our mood) we go for dinner, and then head for the nightclub, which is usually Cadillac, or La Planet.

I also love Martini. Every weekend I have to make sure that I at least sip some. I really love it! I’m also a Christian.

On Sundays, I go to Church, and sometimes visit my boyfriend at his house…. If all that is achieved; that’s when I can afford to say that my weekend was perfect!
