But Shanel never tires of singing. There is clear future for the Rwandan Angelina Jolie in Hillywood.
During a phone interview with The New Times, she had travelled to Belgium and Paris, to test the sound of the movie, whose date of release is still undisclosed.
The movie Avenir, is about the 1994 Rwandan Genocide against the Tutsi. Produced by both Arthemis and Mugho Productions, the movie started its shootings in Rwanda in June last year.
‘The experience in the movie was really nice. I had a lot of fun,” she said beaming with pleasure. Shanel said that if she was invited to act in another movie she would be more than happy to oblige.
Meanwhile she has found time between her shooting sessions to work on her debut album, "Narrow Road”, which is scheduled to be launched early March.
The album, "Narrow Road”, is composed of 10 tracks, and was produced from the Narrow Road Production.
