I posses one of the new numbers of MTN beginning with 03 but it is really hurting to see that sometimes I fail to make calls. I have tried to send sms messages outside Rwanda but in vain.

Secondly, my friends who try to access me using Tuvugane have in most cases not been successful. Really, with MTN’s good record of customer care, this ought to be addressed.

Right now there is no competetor with MTN so it should provide a good service so that we do not cross to other networks when they get introduced here. Please MTN help us.
