I salute MTN Rwanda for introducing cross-border free roaming on calls between users in Rwanda and those in Uganda and Kenya.

This now means subscribers of MTN Rwanda, MTN Uganda and Safari com of Kenya are on one line, it’s really a great achievement and it will boost business in the region and allow for cheaper communication.
