I am hereby writing to complain about the sorry state of the Remera-Bibare road. This road is used by many people since it heads towards Light House where many go for shopping and visits.

Unfortunately, less attention is paid to ensure that it is repaired. Besides the potholes that fill the dusty road, residents are discharging sewage into the side trench thus making the place stink.

During the rainy season the area is also messy as a result of the mud and garbage that pile up daily. To make matters worse, there are no street lights hence making it very risky for anybody to use the road past 7pm.

Recently for example, three young ladies were beaten up and their phones stolen. Something should be done urgently!
