Dear Editor,
I read a story in yesterday’s issue entitled "Drugs worth over Rwf70 million destroyed.”
Honestly I was very disappointed that someone out there has the guts to sell drugs that expired 4 years ago.
According to what I know, this Tiens Group is a Chinese company that covers over 190 countries in the world and is well known for distributing drugs that mainly relieve HIV/Aids symptoms.
I can therefore imagine that if at all these expired drugs were indeed given to most of our HIV/Aids victims, then, these merciless distributors have instead accelerated the impact of these symptoms on the vulnerable.
Tiens company should be closed immediately and the managers, prosecuted on murder charges because they know the repercussions of taking expired drugs.
