Dear Editor,
I read with great concern a letter from a one M. Nkusi, in The New Times issue dated January 19th 2009.

First and foremost I would like to thank you for choosing to bank with the Commercial Bank of Rwanda (BCR).

Let me also apologise, on behalf of the bank and those who served you, for the long wait before you were finally able to receive any service.

We introduced the Queue Management System as one of the many ways the bank is adopting in order to provide you with a pleasant banking environment.

You may also have noticed the ongoing refurbishment at the headquarters.

This inconvenience is only temporary and once completed, will go a long way towards improving your day-to-day banking activities.

We are also expanding our branch network within the city, and if you notice closely, Quartier Matheus Cash Centre is the most recent branch to be introduced.

We shall keep you, the public, updated on new counters and branches that will be opened in the very near future.

Let me take this opportunity to wish you and your family all the best in 2009.
