BBOXX Capital Rwanda last Friday marked the close of Customer Service Week with celebrations at their Headquarters in Kigali, Rwanda.
The celebrations and customer engagement activities were also held in the four provinces to appreciate all customers all over the country for their support over the years.
Redempta Bisangwa, Customer Service Manager, said the Customer Service Week is very important for the company as "we at BBOXX Capital Rwanda exist for our customers”.
"Customer appreciation is key to us and we use this customer service week as an opportunity to appreciate and thank our customers for being on this journey with us”.

She added: "We are focused on ensuring that we give and deliver excellent quality services to our customers at all of our different touch points. Our customers are a channel through which we better our businesses, always ensuring that our customers are satisfied and benefit from the services we offer,” she added.
Bisangwa admits that as a business, they are looking at improving and bringing services closer to customers. "We strive to keep abreast of the ever-changing consumer behaviors and demands whilst improving our services and innovations”, she added.
To-date BBOXX boasts of a customer base of more than 50,000 across the country and to ensure the huge growth in customer bases is met; it has opened retail outlets in 27 different towns in all provinces and is also using the latest technology to connect all solar owned systems remotely.

This is in a bid to serve all customers regardless of the location since the majority of their customers are in remote areas.
As part of the one-week celebrations, BBOXX Capital Rwanda awarded the best performing customers in each of the provinces.
Yves-Christian Iradukunda Nzaramba, one of BBOXX Capital Rwanda customers from Huye District, was among the four customers awarded during the customer service week. He was awarded a smartphone for his continued loyalty to the company.
Iradukunda, who has been a customer since 2016, says the company has given him tremendous support in improving his day to day activities with their continued improvement in services as well as a variety of appliances to use on the solar system.
"I am excited for this award that I have received as a result of being a good customer. When I heard the news, I did not believe it until I received more clarifications on this award.
