Is Miss JoJo for Butare?

Rumour has it that Miss JoJo, also known for her hit, ‘Tukabyine,’ has currently churned out tracks that boast of African beats, and has received wide acclaim from the country and across the region.

First time Pam Awards winner and famed Rwandan hip hop singer Josiane Uwineza, a.k.a Miss JoJo is scheduled to perform at the National University of Rwanda (NUR), early next month, where she will be launching her debut album "Genesis” (Itangiriro). However, the album was first launched late December at Serena hotel and then the Petit Stade.

Miss JoJo’s album is composed of world class music stereos, like: Raga, dancehall, RnB and slow jam. It was recorded by different producers including JP from Contact FM, Pastor P from Narrow Road Production, and her DVD was standardised in Germany.

Twenty five-year-old singer/composer, Miss JoJo has all the trappings of producing hits as each track on the album is gripping. The album contains usual universal flavours of Afrobeat, highlife, reggae, dancehall, R&B, and of course hip hop.

Scouts have it that the singer is also trying to secure time to concentrate on her romantic move with her Producer, identified only as Saleh.

Meanwhile, we have heard that their obvious chemistry has finally spilled over into real life, with romance blossoming between the two celebrities.
