BPR Bank Rwanda Plc, on October 6, gathered its customers based in the City of Kigali and interacted, thanked them for their support and took their suggestions on how to serve them better.
The activity, which included sharing lunch, is part of the ongoing Customer Appreciation Week which is being observed around the world under the theme "Celebrate Service.” It is a time to celebrate the important role that customer support plays in people’s daily lives.
Speaking during the event, George Odhiambo, Managing Director of BPR Bank Rwanda Plc, put emphasis on thanking customers for their continued support and trust in the bank.
"We are very grateful for the support you give us. With your feedback we are growing from strength to strength,” he said.
Odhiambo also noted that the bank is grateful that several customers, businesses are recovering from covid-19 effects and the bank wants to continue partnering with them as they strive towards development.
Innocent Ntwali, Head of Retail Banking at BPR Bank, asserted that the bank has been meeting its customers across four provinces of Rwanda for a week now and interacting with them.
He added: "The bank exists to provide solutions to customers and help them to develop, accessing different banking services they need. We are ready to give them the best services.”
Yves Niyitegeka has been banking in BPR Bank for over 25 years.
He said his business and its stakeholders are connected with the bank, adding that they love it because it gives them financial services on time which helps them to do their businesses.
He thanked the bank for staying close to them in their daily business journey and for recognising them in the Customer Service Week to chat and share a meal.
"They are very welcoming. They have improved their service delivery in terms of offering loans, advising customers, among others, has also improved,” he said.
