Dear editor,
Many people complain that it is too cold during the rainy season while others add that the dry season is worse because it raises dust! Well, at least I am certain that my city (Kigali) becomes even more beautiful during the rainy season.

The green ground cover of the city and the flourishing flowers coupled with the trees only seem brighter when it rains.

If anyone thinks I am exaggerating then they should try getting on any raised part of the city and observe carefully.

You will be stunned by the beauty. Let us continue planting trees and flowers because this way we shall continue to enjoy the beauty of our city.
