I would like to thank The New Times for alerting the public about the cheating taxi operators.

After government intervened, the transporters reduced the fares from above Rwf200 to Rwf150.

Even during the shortages of fuel at pump stations in the country, especially when supply from the refinery in Mombasa was interrupted, the taxi drivers never took advantage of the traveling public to exploit them.

Thank you for being team mates in building Rwanda.
