Karim is a great coach who previously spent most of his time nurturing young basketball talents with the NBA Academy Africa. To be more specific, he is a player development coach with the academy but also acts as a scout to help identify talent in Africa.
His experience and exposure at the top level will be very positive as City Oilers seek a place in the BAL playoffs.
The team will be boosted by a few foreign-based players to try and add more oil to the Ugandan machine to meet the continental level.
