Allow me to express my disappointment with RTV engineers. Most of us do not enjoy the educative programmes on our television sets because of the unclear signal of RTV.

It is unfortunate that as the station managers are trying to ensure that other parts of the country are covered, just here in Kigali City, many cannot get a clear television signal.

I wonder how the upcountry will operate when Kigali alone is failing.

It is indeed unfortunate for one to buy a TV set expecting to get entertained from his room only to be disappointed by poor signals.

Can RTV engineers help us out of this dilemma, especially we the residents of Remera-Bibare and Kanombe so that we too can enjoy the interesting programmes telecast by your station?
