Sacking FARG leaders is not enough

Dear Editor, I would like to commend the government for the good work they are doing especially in relation to corruption and embezzlement.

Dear Editor,

I would like to commend the government for the good work they are doing especially in relation to corruption and embezzlement.

Sacking the leaders of the Fund for Support of Genocide Survivors (FARG) including all the board members is good but thorough investigations should carried out so that once proven guilty, these officials are prosecuted.

This will work as a good example to public servants embezzling funds they are managing. People who have the nerve to pocket funds that are meant to cater for the vulnerable should be banned from working in any other office.

They are obviously selfish and can not drop such habits despite the punishment. You know what they say: No matter how many times it may rain, a leopard’s spots can never be washed out.
