Dear Editor,

When the governments of Rwanda and the government Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) decided to jointly disarm the so called Democratic Forces for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR), we became very excited that finally the perpetrators of the Genocide against the Tutsi are going to be dealt with, once and for all.

I however feel like the two countries are taking long to implement the operation so that the Great Lakes Region becomes peaceful.

I might sound really impatient but certainly it bothers me so much for murderers to still roam around freely committing atrocities against humanity.

Never the less, I would like to thank the two governments for trying to tame the wild Intarahamwe who were aided to escape to DRC by the French.
