I seriously need assistance if my research here is to be accomplished. My major question is: where can one find a good library in this country?

I have been up and down looking for an up-to standard library but I have failed to get any. I extended my search to book stores in the city but I failed to source any material that could help me.

Please if there is any person with such books, I need your assistance.
