In order to deregister these phone numbers, dial *125*1*Number* Identity Card number# or visit the nearest MTN, Tigo/Airtel branch.

RURA urges all mobile phone users in Rwanda to check the numbers associated with their names, and to deregister any SIM card that was illegally registered without their consent, as well as the ones no longer in use.
