Ecobank is extremely disappointing with their services. I think they should think of emulating the queue management system of the Commercial Bank of Rwanda (BCR).

For sure why should a client line up for over 2 hours without assistance?

Maybe that is common with some of our banks but more pressing is that when one applies for a cheque book it takes weeks to be availed.

I still wonder whether this is a means of making more money as we (the clients) continue to use their withdrawal slips that are more expensive by the day.

I also happen to have a personal issue with this same bank. Each time I pay someone by cheque, the bank rejects it claiming that my signature is not clear and as such, whoever I have signed the cheque for, is referred to the headquarters.

It is horrible and something should be done to rectify these issues or else they are losing clients like me.
