Has someone ever invited you for a party only to realise that it is your birthday surprise party? Birthday surprises that are organised without our knowledge make us happy. We feel cared for and loved.

Your parents usually hide it from you. A birthday cake is baked or bought in secret. Then it’s kept in a secret place where you would never guess.

You are shocked at first but then because of too much happiness, tears of joy run down your cheeks or you start making funny facial expressions which make everyone happy too.
