Rwandan hitmaker, Chriss Eazy has announced a charity plan to help take 10 students back to school.
The charity work came from a dream he had since starting his music career professionally. From the love and support from people who had his back since then , the singer made an oath to himself that when he gets to a certain level in his career, he shall give back to his community.
"Since the day I joined the music industry , the first weapon I had that kept me going with all the struggles that I went through, were the people that supported me along the way till today, that's what mainly made the Chriss Eazy we see now,” the artist told The New Times.
This, he said, inspired him to return the favor by helping a number of people from what he has so far got from music career.
"It doesn't mean that I already have much but from what I have managed to achieve so far, I want to start fulfilling my goal of giving to others like I was given,” said the ‘Amashu’ hitmaker.
The musician hasn't started the process of choosing the students but he is searching for a school that they will attend.
Mainly, I need them to learn a short course, he said, to help them grow and develop individually, and do something that won’t limit them on what they normally do on a daily basis.
After confirming the school which they will attend, the musician will announce the criterias to base on while selecting the 10 students who shall take a free course.
