Christopher’s Canada tour to kick-off in Montreal
Last week, Rwandan Zouk and RnB singer, Christopher Muneza, announced that his Canada tour shows will kick off in Montreal before heading to other major cities of the country.
Canada is the final stop of the artistes’ world tour, which is in line with his comeback to the Rwandan music industry since parting ways with Kina Music, aimed at exporting his new sound to the rest of the world and promoting most of his recent projects.
The tour will start in Montreal on May 11, before heading to other cities like Ottawa among others.
Canada follows successful shows the artiste had in Europe in early 2023, the US in the summer of the same year, as well as a concert in Burundi that took place in Bujumbura on December 30.
Platini P invites Jay Polly's children to concert
Platini P, one of the biggest local artistes, recently announced that late Jay Polly’s kids will attend his debut solo concert slated for March 30 at Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village (KCEV).
Jay Polly, who passed away in 2021, was the flag bearer of Rwanda's hip hop genre and arguably the best rapper Rwanda had in his generation.
Platini P noted that he is inviting Jay Polly’s children to his concert as a tribute to their late father who played a big role in pushing Rwanda’s music industry to greater heights.
The show will also feature some of the biggest local artistes including Riderman, Butera Knowless, Nel Ngabo, Kenny Sol, Big Fizzo and Eddy Kenzo among others.
