National 3X3 basketball team head coach Moise Mutokambali is eyeing a podium finish at the All Africa Games that will be taking place in Accra, Ghana from March 18-22.
3x3 basketball is a variation of basketball played three-a-side, with one backboard and in a half-court setup.
On Sunday, March 17, Rwanda’s national teams departed for Ghana to take part in the showpiece which is attracting 32 teams in the men’s and women’s categories.

"The boys and girls are all doing well. We trained for two weeks ahead of the FIBA 3x3 African Games,” Mutokambali said.
In the men’s category, Rwanda side was pooled in Group A alongside Egypt, Central African Republic and Côte d'Ivoire, while in the women’s category, the team is in Group D alongside Uganda, Benin and Comoros.
