Today REG Vs UTB 5 pm Gisagara Vs APR 7pm

Rwanda Energy Group (REG) have their sights firmly set on the playoff games finals when they take on University of Tourism Technology and Business Studies (UTB) in game 2 of the best-of-three semifinals today.

The match starts at 5pm at Petit Stade in Remera.

REG won game 1 in a four-set thriller last Saturday and head coach Jean-Paul Mana is confident his men will do the needful to reach the final of the playoff games for the first time. 

"This game is must-win for us. We have been training hard throughout this week,” the former College du Christ-Roi coach told Saturday Sport on Friday. "Sharp services and blocks are some of our key strengths.”

He added, "We are on the edge of reaching the final for the first time and we can’t afford to squander this opportunity.”

In the other semi-final clash, defending champions Gisagara will be up against APR. Gisagara won game 1 at home last Saturday.
