Dear editor,

I would like to wish every Rwandan especially The New Times staff, a Happy New Year for making sure that the paper reaches the public daily.

Putting together a whole news paper on a daily basis is not an easy job but with team work, determination and hard work it has always been possible.

With this praise and credit, The New Times should this year, continue its good work of improving the paper as regards credibility, professionalism and accuracy.

This coupled with a good design and full colour for the Children’s magazine that comes out every Tuesday, the paper will be an optical nutrition not only for adults, but children too.

Since many people are interested in knowing issues happening in their societies, the media which is not only newspapers, but includes radio and television stations should inform the society tirelessly.

This is a way of updating them on progress and new developments that directly affect them. With this, I wish all the staff, a great New Year that is full of new opportunities and possibilities.
