KARONGI — Banque Populaire du Rwanda Kibuye branch, on Wednesday organised an X-Mass and New Year  cocktail party to its clients.

The ceremony was held at Golf Hotel in Karongi District and was attended by all clients from the two Districts of  Karongi and Rutsiro.

Banque Populaire du Rwanda  is one of the top banks in the country with numerous branches countrywide. Speaking during the occasion, BPR Bwishyura branch manager in Kibuye city, Mathias Kabera said it was a get together moment of wishing each other a prosperous new year.

‘We take this moment to sensitize you to increase the volume of your savings in the upcoming year 2009. This will be profitable to you and to us as well’, he said.

He added that the get together offered a forum for both the bank staff and the clients to  discuss on the review of 2008 while attempting to find lasting solutions that will guide the bank’s operations for  the coming year.
