Azam premier league side, Bugesera FC, have completed the signing of centre-back James Tubane from AS Kigali on a three- month deal.
The 25 year-old joined Bugesera side on a free transfer after running down his 2 year deal at AS Kigali.
Bugesera Secretary General and Spokesperson, Silas Mbonigaba confirmed the signing and added that Tubane will add experience and grit to the team’s defence.
"He brings many qualities to the team which include experience and this will be very important if our team is to stay in this very competitive league,” said Mbonigaba
The team has also signed former Rayon Sports and SC Kiyovu right back, Djuma Radju Niyonkuru on a 3 month deal.
Bugesera is in 8th position with 20 points and are bidding to replicate their form of last season when they finished the season in 5th place.
Meanwhile, Mukura Victory Sports have added 4 new players to their squad who include strikers Frank Lomami and Fidele Mujyanama, midfielders Jean Paul Havugarurema and Gashugi Abdul Karim.
