Dear editor, As we count down the days to 2009, I would like to thank the government of Rwanda for the great work that they have done to ensure that the country follows the current development strategies that are delivering a nation that had been plunged into economic quagmire.

As we count down the days to 2009, I would like to thank the government of Rwanda for the great work that they have done to ensure that the country follows the current development strategies that are delivering a nation that had been plunged into economic quagmire.
The treasury was looted by the fleeing genociders and government property was vandalised. With a clean leadership, different meetings and government partnerships— including the Government of Rwanda and Development Partners’.
Meeting that was held recently, revealed that Rwanda is steadily following her development strategies and that soon we will be able to achieve all the set objectives.
This is great, considering that many other African countries have failed to reach their goals as a result of corrupt government officials.
For us it has only taken fourteen years to rebuild our nation to this status and that is why I commend our government. May our leadership work more in 2009.
