Dear Editor,

I read in your paper yesterday that Electrogaz is set to be split into two companies as a strategy of ensuring that the company offers better services. Well, it is a good idea but I hope the split does not instead increase bureaucracy.

Apparently we take all our water and electricity queries to Electrogaz but with two different companies, the task might be even harder as we might now start filling two application forms requesting for water and power connections which is not the case today.

I just hope that the idea of splitting the company improves operations.
